Cancellation of the order:

1- Customers can cancel the purchase before the shipping stage, in which case the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, the refund process will be completed for the customer within a period ranging from one day to seven business days and may extend to twenty days in some cases through direct communication with our customer service.

2- Abou Hamdan store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in the event that the product is not available or in the event of a technical problem.

Replacement and return:

1- In the event of a malfunction or error caused by Abou Hamdan, the company itself bears the shipping costs and replaces the product free of charge

2- If manufacturing errors or malfunctions are found, Abou Hamdan also bears the shipping and replacement costs, provided that we are informed of the problem

Within seven days of receiving the shipment, unless the product has a specific warranty.
